Family Physician

Our physicians provide high quality, evidence-based, compassionate care at PPMM in our NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home community clinic settings. The patients we serve are diverse and encompass the full spectrum of family medicine needs, from pediatric to geriatric visits with acute and chronic conditions.

When you join the staff at PPMM, an individualized onboarding plan will be created to introduce you to the teams you will work with and give you time to familiarize yourself with PPMM’s policies as well as local resources.

You will:

  • Provide patient-centered comprehensive family medicine and reproductive health care, including prenatal/postnatal care;

  • Provide oversight and consultations for staff mid-level clinicians;

  • Participate in light after hours "second call" rotation;

  • Full time physicians(4 or 5 days per week with admin time) will see18 patients per day.

We place a high value on the relationships forged between our family medicine teams and our patients, recognizing that these partnerships improve the patient experience and their health outcomes while lowering health care costs. At the basis of these relationships is the fundamental understanding that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and we strive to create an environment where no one feels judged.
